After 2 unsuccessful attempts at breeding Fortune to get our male that we wanted, we heard about a super nice breeding
that had taken place in Indiana at Fireside Mastiffs. I think I called them before the puppies were even on the
ground! We wanted a show potential fawn male from the upcoming litter - and lucky for us there was 2 fawn males to
choose from. I know I had to be one of those "obnoxious" puppy buyers - just wanting to see and know the puppies
from the very beginning! Anyway, CH. CHAPUTEPEKS NEVER LAND ROSS X CH. FIRESIDE SERENADE,CGC. has shared this
lovely litter with several happy and excited family's, including ours!
Our "Nitro" -- FIRESIDE'S "HE'S THE BOMB" is everything we could have hoped for and more!
He is so darn smart, and at the head of his class at puppy school. He is not even 4 months old and weighed in today at
69 #. We will be starting him in conformation classes as soon as we finish this puppy class, since getting him out
with other dogs and tons of people is foremost in importance, in my opinion.
"Nitro" will be making his first 'show' appearance in summer 2010 in Lexington, Ky. We are so looking forward to
these events. He has so much bone and a very nice head and rear, if he keeps growing as he is, we should have a super
nice summer with him in the show ring! We are practicing in quite a few puppy matches and he improves every time.

After 2 days of winners dog and best of winners, "NITRO" completed his championship on May 8, 2011, at the
age of 16 months in Bucyrus, Ohio.
His very proud daddy handled him the entire way. Congrats to Nitro and Don.
